Production/Logistics Coordinator

Duties Production: Style Master set up Issue Purchase orders to vendors PO entry and ETD maintenanceэ Distro PO management/reporting (match cust. wh) + ecomm, PO closures, size scale rebalancing. Rebalance purchase orders to match size breaks entered in system 2 weeks after initial PO's are issued Distro out all special customers from the main bulk PO's for specific accounts and put away codes. Including ECOMM Send vendors special packing requirements for distro PO's VAS ticket ordering for production. And order tickets for warehouse as needed Compile product attributes for sales Logistical Coordination for All Brands Obtain TOP approvals from production for ship styles Final order file check Make sure all orders are shipping on time, adjust dates, split order as needed Manage and approve vendor delivery change Daily communication with forwarder on booking approval, capacity issue, timing Check all shipping docs for accuracy, maintain system Dropship: Enter Canada CO to system (including verifying pricing and ETD dates after PO issuing). Adjust pricing terms as needed. Make booking with ASOS forwarder in their online portal. Coordinate consolidation shipments from overseas vendors (weight, # of cartons etc) Ensure vendor packing list and carton marking followed customer's guidelines.
