Maintenance Technician

Property Hidden Ponds and Concord Green Location Apple Valley and Bloomington, Minnesota Pay $28 - $32 per hour Hours 40 hours per week, some weekends as needed, on‑call Responsibilities In this position, you will be responsible for refurbishing apartments prior to resident occupancy, providing maintenance services to include general repairs of equipment, painting, carpentry, and limited extermination services. You will need to provide and use your own basic tools. Qualifications Ideally, a positive attitude and strong work ethic with 1 to 3 years of maintenance experience. Must be able to effectively communicate in English and have basic computer skills. Must have reliable transportation and be able to pass a thorough background check.
