Jr. Field Service Engineer

As a Jr. Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for: Maintain, repair, and install industrial x-ray systems and supporting peripheral equipment, such as X‑ray tubes, generators, coolers, scanners, stepper motors/controllers, power supplies, high voltage control circuits, motion control and high‑end PCs. Providing customers with technical support via phone and onsite service. Providing timely completion of standard service reports, invoicing packages, and other administrative requirements. Being responsible for driving customer satisfaction from commitment through quality service standards. Monitoring site safety during work scope execution. To be successful in this role you will require: Possess a four‑year technical degree in Electronics (BSEET, BSEE) or Mechanics (BSMET, BSME). The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Candidate must be willing to submit to a background investigation, including verification of past employment, criminal history, driving record and educational background. Be able to travel up to 70% of the time for work. Possess a valid driver's license and passport (or be able to obtain a passport). Must currently hold valid US citizenship status.
