About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN to join our team at Etowah Health and Rehabilitation in Etowah, TN. LPNs play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the clinical team in our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and documenting patient information

• Assist licensed nurses with treatments and procedures, such as wound care and tracheostomy care

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction and care

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff to ensure a positive and supportive environment

Requirements

• Current LPN license in the state of Tennessee

• 1 year of experience preferred, but not required

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and respectful attitude towards patients and families
