Senior Financial Planning Analyst

To support the strategic growth of the organization, the full-time remote Senior Financial Planning Analyst will manage financial modeling, budgeting processes, and profitability analysis while collaborating with cross-functional teams to inform executive decision-making. Key responsibilities Build and maintain financial models and regional reporting, analyzing KPI trends across markets Drive the budgeting process and support revenue, expense, and headcount planning across the organization Collaborate with C-suite leaders to provide critical financial metrics and create executive-level analyses Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field 4+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience Knowledge of the telemedicine space is highly desirable Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Looker; SQL knowledge is a plus Proven ability to manage and improve complex financial models and conduct scenario analyses
