Representative, Customer Service - Hybrid Pay Rate $22.74/hr. Location Cary, IL Start/End Dates 7/27/2026 - 1/26/2027 Job Description Provides customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations and communications. Ensures that good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively and in accordance with the consumer laws. Develops organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers. Develops improvement plans in response to customer surveys. This position requires knowledge that is acquired through experience, specialized education or training. The role has clearly defined procedures and tasks as well as defined guidelines to aid in decision making. The job requires a basic understanding of work routines and procedures in own discipline. The technical procedures for this level are well defined. The job works within well-defined procedures that may involve a variety of work routines. This job typically requires a minimum of 2 or more years experience.

9:30 AM - 6:00 PM CST

Hybrid - in office Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, at home Thursday/Friday. During training (first 6-8 weeks) the employee may be required to be in office all 5 days depending on training and equipment availability. Experience Must Have 2+ years of experience High school diploma Ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs Experience Nice to Have Preferred customer service/call center experience Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce - preferred, not required Associates or Bachelor's Degree Experience with Customer Service and Order Entry Experience with Systems Applications & Products (SAP), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software Typical Day to Day Tasks Provide phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals Engage, interact, and respond in a prompt, accurate, courteous and poised manner in order to encourage positive business relationships Process all work in accordance with relevant working practices and standard operating procedures Provide feedback and suggestions to improve service levels, internal processes and customer support methodology Support Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, e-mails and fax.
