Account Manager

This is an excellent opportunity to work as an Account Manager for an award-winning and successful recruitment team. Our client is a leading privately owned recruitment company with a huge turnover, providing temporary staff to many well-known names in food and fresh produce, warehousing and distribution, FMCG, retail, airside, and the home entertainment industry. This is a busy contract, and you will resource and recruit the temporary workforce for a large food distribution facility, providing warehousing and driving. You will build and maintain a strong client relationship to ensure you fully understand the client's needs and have a suitable and quality workforce to meet their demands over various shift patterns. Responsibilities Responsible for 250 agency workers and 4 direct reports Development and mentoring of reports Overall responsibility for day-to-day running of the site Recruitment and induction of all workers Accurate payroll management MI reporting Investigations, disciplinary hearings, and appeals Client engagement through daily and monthly meetings Qualifications Educated to A-Level standard Benefits Alongside a generous basic salary, you will receive at least a £2k bonus each year.
