Job Description

Job Summary

We are currently seeking Diagnostic Technicians to support electronic circuit board testing, troubleshooting, and repair in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for diagnosing component-level failures and ensuring quality standards are met for production assemblies.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair opens, shorts, and boundary scan failures on electronic circuit board assemblies
Utilize electronic test and measurement equipment for troubleshooting and verification testing
Read and interpret schematics, BOMs, visuals, debug instructions, and testing procedures
Support Test Engineering with data evaluation to improve diagnostic efficiency
Follow production requirements, safety procedures, and company policies
Work closely with team members to achieve department yield goals
Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Previous electronics diagnostic, repair, or troubleshooting experience preferred
Experience working with electronic test equipment and circuit boards
Ability to read schematics and technical documentation
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Basic to advanced computer skills required
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and meet production goals
