At Paving the Way MSI, you will do more than provide therapy; you will help individuals and families heal from the effects of trauma while building specialized skills in trauma‑informed behavioral healthcare. As a Trauma Therapist within our Victims of Crime Program, you will provide therapeutic services to children, adolescents, adults, and older adults impacted by violence, victimization and other traumatic experiences. You will become part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to helping individuals build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and move toward recovery. Many of the individuals we serve have experienced significant trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, family conflict, chronic stress, and other challenges that affect their daily lives. Through your work, you will provide compassionate, evidence‑based care while receiving support, mentorship, and professional development opportunities that strengthen your clinical expertise.
