Expand the client portfolio by 20% within the first year through strategic cross-selling and up-selling efforts. Resolve 90% of customer queries and service requests within 24 hours, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Conduct comprehensive annual policy reviews for assigned accounts, ensuring optimal coverage alignment with client needs. Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate competitive rates and terms, increasing policy profitability by at least 10%. Leverage client data and analytics to identify underperformance areas and develop targeted improvement strategies. Facilitate timely renewals by executing proactive communication strategies, reaching 100% renewal notice compliance. Essential Qualifications Minimum of 3 years experience in personal lines insurance management, with proven results in client retention and growth. Demonstrated ability in interpersonal communication and negotiation, crafting tailored insurance solutions. License in Property and Casualty insurance, meeting state regulations are mandatory. Proven track record of maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.
