College Co-op: Provider Contract Administration Analyst

About the Hiring Department:

Provider contract administration involves managing the entire lifecycle of agreements between healthcare payers (insurers) and providers (doctors, hospitals) to ensure compliance, accurate reimbursement, and smooth operational workflows.

Co-op Job Description:

·Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of standard agreements between Independence and AmeriHealth with ancillary providers

·Ensure contracts comply with applicable policies, regulations, and financial standards

·Serve as a liaison by maintaining and updating standard contract templates

·Track obligations and renewals

·Support ongoing contract monitoring and assist with issue resolution as needed

Required Skills:

·Advanced Microsoft Word skills

·Effective communication skills

·Managing competing priorities to deliver high-quality projects on time.

Classification:

·Junior or Senior undergraduate students
