The Role

Our Service Advisors are dynamic sales and automotive professionals who own and create an exceptional customer experience from start to finish!

As a Service Advisor, you'll work directly with customers to understand their automotive needs, recommend the right services and repairs, and confidently convert opportunities into sales. At the same time, you'll manage the customer relationship from appointment through vehicle delivery, making sure communication is clear, expectations are set, and every customer receives a consistently high-quality transparent experience.

This is a performance-driven role with clear sales and revenue goals. We're looking for people who are motivated by results, enjoy working with customers, and want their individual performance to directly contribute to the growth of the business.

What You'll Do

• Build trusted customer relationships by understanding needs, setting clear expectations, and delivering a consistently high-quality service experience.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and revenue goals by identifying opportunities, building value, and confidently converting additional service and repair recommendations into approved work.
• Use strong discovery and consultative selling skills to uncover customer needs, communicate technician recommendations, overcome objections, and close sales.
• Manage the customer journey from appointment through vehicle delivery, including repair order creation, approvals, updates, and final handoff.
• Coordinate closely with technicians and shop leadership to keep work moving efficiently, communicate repair needs clearly, and deliver on customer commitments.
• Manage multiple customers and active repair orders simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment without sacrificing accuracy or follow-through.
• Use our customer and shop management technology to stay organized, maintain timely communication, and support a seamless customer experience.

• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue expectations.
• Turn technician recommendations into approved work through strong value-building, objection handling, and closing skills.
• Build a loyal customer base that returns to Stress Free Auto Care for future service and repair needs.
• Maintain strong customer communication and follow-through, even while managing a high volume of active repair orders.
• Demonstrate consistent, reliable performance—not just occasional strong sales days.
• Understand their individual performance metrics, identify gaps quickly, and adjust their approach to improve results.
• Earn the trust of customers, technicians, and shop leadership by following through on commitments and owning outcomes.
• Show continued growth in sales capability, automotive knowledge, and readiness for increased responsibility.

What You Bring

• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales, revenue, or performance goals.
• Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, automotive service, or another high-volume customer-facing environment.
• Strong consultative selling skills, including discovery, value building, objection handling, and closing.
• The ability to build trust quickly and create customer relationships that lead to repeat business.
• A competitive, self-motivated mindset—you don't wait for opportunities to come to you; you create momentum, follow through, and take ownership of your results.
• Comfort working against measurable KPIs and using your performance data to identify where you can improve.
• The ability to manage multiple customers and priorities at once without sacrificing urgency, accuracy, or follow-through.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Coachability and a desire to continuously improve your sales performance, automotive knowledge, and overall impact on the business.
• A team-first mentality with the willingness to step outside a narrow job scope when needed to support the customer and help the shop succeed.

Automotive experience is a plus, but demonstrated sales performance, customer relationship skills, and the drive to produce results matter most.
