As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Customer Relations in South San Francisco, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of financial-services offices, common areas, parking facilities, and surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or property concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, and communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity reports and incident documentation in alignment with site and Allied Universal requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least two years of security-related experience.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Possess customer service experience, preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
