The Moxy Hotel is looking for a passionate and hands-on Bar Supervisor to help lead our vibrant bar team and create unforgettable guest experiences. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love hospitality, and bring positive energy to every shift, we want to meet you.

What You'll Do

Lead and motivate bar staff during service
Ensure exceptional guest experiences and uphold Moxy brand standards
Assist with scheduling, training, and daily operations
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and bar presentation
Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost controls
Support cocktail execution, quality, and consistency
Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
Work closely with hotel leadership to drive bar revenue and guest engagement

What We're Looking For

Previous bartending and supervisory experience required
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a high-energy, social atmosphere
Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Positive attitude and team-first mentality
Marriott or lifestyle hotel experience is a plus
