# Project ManagerApply**Job#: 3039163****Job Description:**Sr. Project Manager**Location:** Remote (Candidates local to Phoenix, AZ preferred to come onsite for major meetings and/or willing to travel to Phoenix, AZ to come onsite for major meetings in the future)Role OverviewWe are seeking an IT Project Manager with experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) to lead key initiatives involving OKTA and Oracle identity solutions. This role will manage a critical transformation project from Oracle to Okta, serving as a primary liaison between the organization and external vendors. The ideal candidate will establish project structure, work effectively in an ambiguous environment, and drive the project to successful completion.Key Responsibilities* Lead and manage IAM-related projects, including OKTA integrations, upgrades, and migration initiatives.* Manage overall project performance, including schedule, financials, and resource utilization, and make adjustments as needed.* Serve as the primary liaison with external vendors, ensuring alignment and successful execution.* Establish project structure by creating detailed project plans, defining roles with a RACI matrix, and maintaining a RAID log.* Develop and maintain project schedules to reflect delays, issues, and scope changes.* Provide leadership to project team members and conduct impact analysis and dependency mapping with application owners.* Develop and implement project communication plans, including consistent weekly status reports.* Partner with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to remove roadblocks and maintain project momentum.Required Qualifications* 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager in an enterprise environment.* Hands-on experience with OKTA, including integration, upgrades, or implementation.* Strong background in Identity & Access Management (IAM) principles and technologies.* Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and multi-partner technical projects.* Experience creating business requirements, project plans, schedules, and related materials.* Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Prince II, Agile) and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet).* Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting timelines in a fast-paced environment.* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications* Experience with Oracle Identity solutions (e.g., OAM, OIG).* Background supporting IAM transformation or modernization programs.* Understanding of cloud identity ecosystems and security best practices.* PMP, Lean, or other project management certifications. *Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
