Remote candidates will not be considered.Summary of the Project ManagerThe Project Manager will be applying company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. They will determine a course of action based on guidelines and modify processes and methods as required. They should have a basic knowledge of task management and project management concepts to apply this knowledge and basic problem-solving techniques to define and resolve problems. They will determine a course of action based on guidelines.Responsibilities for the Project ManagerManages full implementation project life cycle from kick-off preparation through implementation completion and transition to support for small to mid-range projectsManages customer relationships and expectations through regular touchpoints, distribution of status briefings and onsite meetingsInterfaces with customer staff across levels and departments throughout project lifecycleInfluences customer attitudes, behaviors, and intentions throughout every phase of the implementation process, ensuring alignment, adoption, and long-term successEnsures that all projects are executed properly maintaining customer satisfaction, along with attaining desired outcomes in cost, quality and delivery timeframesTracks project timelines updating the team with status reports in order to meet and exceed projected metricsWorks with management to determine resource management, project plans, and risk assessment in order to keep the customers on targetWorks closely with cross-functional teams to resolve project issues in order to optimize results while minimizing project costsPartners with diverse departments such as Sales, Product, Sate reporting, and RCMS to drive alignment, streamline workflows, and achieve shared project goalsBuilds productive internal/external working relationships to resolve mutual problems by collaborating on procedures or transactionsFocuses on providing standard professional advice and creates initial reports/analyzes for review by experienced team professionalsFocuses on providing standard project guidance based on platform implementation methodologies and creates initial reports/analyzes for review by managementQualifications of the Project ManagerBachelor’s degree (additional equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree)5 years’ experience in project management or a related role; behavioral health experience preferredPMP preferredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities of the Project ManagerAbility to manage multiple customer projects working with differing timelinesStrong communication skills, both written and spokenExpertise in organization and multitaskingAble to juggle multiple projects at once with little to no directionUse a consultative approach with clients and adapt communication style to the audienceAbility to travel 25% of the timeQualifacts is an equal opportunity employer.
