Job Duties:
- This job will consist of answering messages from the builders in the filed, subcontractors and employees.
- Coordinating the daily schedule for production/jobs and keeping the owner up to date on changes or request.
- Assisting the owner via text and phone with general scheduling questions and answers.
- Creating a timeline of start of project, with projected dates on completion for contractors.
- Rounding up job documents that would be needed (plans and/or quotes) that have been sent over.
- Creating and filing billing sheets on a daily basis.
- Maintain accurate schedules, as well as handling last minute schedule changes.
- Monitor job progress, and adjust schedules as needed through out the day.
- Experience in the concrete/construction work.
- Must have 2-3 years of scheduling experience.
- 2-3 years in Excel, and Microsoft suite.
- Must pass a background check and drug test.
- This is a dog friendly office.
