Overview

BlueSprig has a BCBA job opening in San Antonio, TX (Stone Oak are) .  As our Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you’ll lead a team of behavior technicians, build individualized intervention plans, and work with families and physicians to deliver tailored ABA therapy.

Total Annual Compensation up to: $101,000  

• Annual Salary: $80,000 - $85,000

• Annual Individual Bonus:  $7,000 – $18,000 (paid monthly) 

• Sign On Bonus: $5,000–$20,000(depending on start date and location)
