Wound Care Nurse / RN or LPN (WCC, WOCN) Benefits: Competitive Pay PTO from Day 1 Comprehensive Benefits Package Hands-on upper management with straight, ethical goals Responsibilities of the Wound Care Nurse / RN or LPN (WCC, WOCN): Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization and the state of Missouri Complete wound treatments for residents in a skilled nursing facility Implement and monitor patient care plans Monitor, record, and communicate resident condition Note and carry out physician and nursing orders Coordinate with wound care providers and oversee nursing staff wound treatments Provide resident-specific education to CNAs and nurses for wound care and prevention Duties include medication administration, documentation, overseeing residents' care, and implementation of schedules for residents Wound Care Nurse / RN or LPN Qualifications: Current RN or LPN license required Some wound care experience Certification preferred but not required Minimum Experience: One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience The team looks forward to meeting you! #J-18808-Ljbffr Luxor Healthcare
