Role Overview: The Ambulatory Float Pool Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, patient-centered care across various outpatient settings, including specialty clinics and procedural areas. This dynamic role involves collaborating with healthcare team members to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, addressing physical, psychosocial, and cultural needs. The position emphasizes promoting safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while educating patients and families on disease management and post-treatment care. Key Responsibilities Deliver personalized patient care and education to improve health outcomes. Develop and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team and patients. Participate in professional development and quality improvement activities. Ensure effective communication across the continuum of care. Support a safe environment by adhering to safety protocols and standards. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 5 years RN experience, preferably in Critical Care, ED, or Infusion settings. RN license required; BSN preferred. Strong critical thinking, communication, and adaptability skills to thrive in diverse clinical environments. Ability to work flexibly across multiple outpatient practice areas.
