Inspired Dentistry is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator who genuinely cares about people and takes pride in creating an exceptional patient experience. What You’ll Do

As our Treatment Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in helping patients understand their treatment, insurance, and financial responsibilities while making their experience as smooth and comfortable as possible.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Verify insurance benefits, coverage, and copays for upcoming appointments.
• Contact patients when insurance information needs to be updated or clarified.
• Communicate estimated out-of-pocket costs before appointments so patients know what to expect.
• Present treatment plans after they have been reviewed by the clinical team.
• Answer patient questions about treatment, insurance, account balances, and costs.
• Enter treatment plans accurately and efficiently as directed.
• Assist with scheduling and answering phones as part of our team-based approach.
• Step in wherever needed to support your teammates and create an exceptional patient experience.
• Take ownership of your responsibilities and follow through from start to finish.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of dental administrative experience required
• Dentrix experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient-focused approach
• Comfortable reviewing patient ledgers, insurance benefits, EOBs, payments, adjustments, and account balances
• Ability to accurately review treatment plans and explain patient financial responsibilities and treatment costs clearly and confidently
• Comfortable discussing money and payment expectations with patients in a professional, non-judgmental manner
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
• Dependable, accountable, and a strong team player with excellent follow-through

Schedule

Monday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Tuesday–Wednesday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM

Please plan to arrive approximately 30 minutes before opening and, as needed, stay up to 30 minutes after closing for opening and end-of-day checkout responsibilities.
