Site Manager – Social Housing / Retrofit Enfield £32 per hour Contract Position We are recruiting an experienced Site Manager to deliver social housing retrofit works across occupied properties in Enfield. The role will involve managing daily site operations, supply chains, resident liaison and programme delivery. You will be required to work independently, travel between multiple properties and maintain accurate site records. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day delivery of social housing retrofit works Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site operatives Ensure works comply with PAS 2030 and PAS 2035 Monitor programme, quality, health and safety, and productivity Liaise with residents and resolve any site-related concerns Carry out site inspections, inductions and toolbox talks Maintain accurate records, reports and compliance documentation Ensure works are completed safely, on time and to the required standard Requirements Previous Site Management experience within social housing or retrofit Good understanding of PAS 2030/2035 processes and requirements Experience managing supply chains and occupied properties Black or Gold CSCS card SMSTS or SSSTS First Aid Asbestos Awareness Full clean UK driving licence Own ULEZ-compliant vehicle Ability to travel between properties across Enfield Package £32 per hour Ongoing contract opportunity Immediate or short-notice start preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
