If you are dedicated and compassionate, WE WANT YOU!What Will You Do in This Role?As a Dietary Manager, you will be responsible for planning, directing, controlling, and supervising functions and personnel within the dietary department. You will also safely and efficiently provide nutritionally appropriate food to residents for the purpose of maintaining and enhancing their overall health. The Dietary Manager ensures the provision of quality food service and nutrition care in accordance with Federal, State and Local regulations.Do You Have What It Takes?A fire and passion for working with seniorsA flexible, fun, and energetic personalityHigh school diploma, or equivalent, requiredTrained as a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM), Certified Food Protection Professional (CFPP), or a Dietetic Technician, registered (DTR) highly preferredPrior dietary supervisory experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting requiredCertification in food safety, as required by state regulationsProfessional image in both appearance and behaviorExcellent written and oral communication skillsWhy is Tutera THE Employer of Choice?Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is guided by one single purpose: To live the YOUNITE philosophy in every decision, every day.
