About

We're looking for an experienced AV Support Engineer to support enterprise video conferencing systems, conference rooms, and live corporate events. This hands-on role combines day-to-day AV troubleshooting and preventative maintenance with technical production support for live and hybrid events.

Respond to technical support requests, resolve onsite hardware issues, and perform proactive conference room inspections.
Set up and operate AV equipment for live and hybrid events, including microphones, cameras, presentations, and audio systems.
Manage audio levels, AV signal routing, camera angles, and presentation content during live events.
Diagnose equipment failures in real time and implement practical workarounds to keep meetings and events running.
Collaborate with AV operations, network teams, and specialized technicians to resolve complex technical issues.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of hands-on experience in corporate AV support, video conferencing, or live event production.
Experience operating and troubleshooting Zoom Rooms or similar enterprise conferencing systems.
Strong knowledge of AV hardware, including microphones, speakers, amplifiers, cameras, switchers, and conferencing equipment.
Understanding of AV signal flow, audio levels, signal routing, and physical equipment troubleshooting.
Experience providing hands-on technical support during live meetings or events.
Strong communication and customer service skills, particularly when supporting business stakeholders during time-sensitive events.
Ability to work onsite five days per week, with occasional early morning, evening, or weekend support.

Nice to Have

Experience with Poly, Neat, Crestron, Q-SYS, Blackmagic, or similar AV technologies.
Experience supporting executives or managing technical support tickets through ServiceNow.
