SURGICAL TECH TEAM LEAD

Team Lead

This position is a Team Lead position taking responsibility for preparing the operating room, maintaining the sterile field, anticipating the needs of the surgeon and surgical team, and ensuring appropriate supplies, instruments, and equipment are available throughout the procedure. The Team Lead takes ownership of services provided within their specialty, acting collaboratively with the Surgery leadership team to ensure efficient and quality care.

The Team Lead demonstrates a commitment to patient safety, infection prevention, quality outcomes, and compassionate patient care. This position works collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesia providers, nurses, surgical assistants, and surgical support team members to promote an efficient and positive surgical experience.

This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Corporate Services. ICARE standards must be demonstrated. Adherence to Code of Conduct and other policies is required.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS Education/Training/Experience: REQUIRED:

• Complete an accredited Surgical Thecnology Program

PREFERRED:

• One-year experience

License/Certifications/Special Requirements:

• Surgical Technologist certification

PAY STATUS

• Non-exempt hourly
