Overview For Our Retail Sales Associate:
Are you passionate about renewable energy and excited to make a positive impact on our planet? We are seeking energetic and motivated Retail Sales professionals to join our dynamic team, specializing in renewable energy solutions. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to engage directly with customers, educate them about sustainable energy options, and drive the adoption of clean energy technologies. As a key player in our sales team, you will help empower homeowners and businesses to transition to greener energy sources while developing your sales expertise in a fast-growing industry.

Duties:

Conduct in-person consultations to introduce renewable energy products and services to potential customers
Engage with customers in retail environments, providing tailored energy solutions that meet their needs
Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and follow up effectively
Demonstrate technical knowledge of utility suppliers and other renewable energy systems to answer customer questions confidently
Negotiate sales agreements and close deals by highlighting product benefits and addressing customer concerns
Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and increase brand awareness in local communities
Maintain excellent customer service standards by providing clear information, timely responses, and ongoing support throughout the sales process

Skills:

Proven experience in outside sales, especially door-to-door or retail environments, with a focus on energy or solar sales preferred
Strong marketing skills with the ability to generate leads and build lasting customer relationships
Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines
Excellent negotiation skills combined with technical sales aptitude for renewable energy products
Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to educate clients on complex energy solutions clearly and confidently
Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, motivate others, and drive results in a fast-paced sales environment
