We are seeking energetic and motivated Retail Sales professionals to join our dynamic team, specializing in renewable energy solutions. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to engage directly with customers, educate them about sustainable energy options, and drive the adoption of clean energy technologies. As a key player in our sales team, you will help empower homeowners and businesses to transition to greener energy sources while developing your sales expertise in a fast-growing industry. Duties:
- Conduct in-person consultations to introduce renewable energy products and services to potential customers
- Engage with customers in retail environments, providing tailored energy solutions that meet their needs
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and follow up effectively
- Demonstrate technical knowledge of utility suppliers and other renewable energy systems to answer customer questions confidently
- Negotiate sales agreements and close deals by highlighting product benefits and addressing customer concerns
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and increase brand awareness in local communities
- Maintain excellent customer service standards by providing clear information, timely responses, and ongoing support throughout the sales process
- Proven experience in outside sales, especially door-to-door or retail environments, with a focus on energy or solar sales preferred
- Strong marketing skills with the ability to generate leads and build lasting customer relationships
- Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with technical sales aptitude for renewable energy products
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to educate clients on complex energy solutions clearly and confidently
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, motivate others, and drive results in a fast-paced sales environment
