Account Executive

Our client, an innovative construction technology company transforming how commercial jobsites are monitored and managed, is hiring an Account Executive to join their growing team in Austin, Texas!!

This organization provides AI-powered remote job site monitoring and progress tracking solutions for construction projects across the country. Their platform combines rugged, solar-powered cameras with real-time imaging and time-lapse technology to help construction teams reduce delays, improve communication, resolve disputes, monitor safety, and keep projects on track without needing to be on-site every day.

Working with general contractors, developers, and project managers on large-scale commercial and infrastructure projects, this is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing company at the intersection of construction and technology.

Must be based in Austin, TX | Field-Based Role

✅ Must-Haves:

  • 4+ years of new business development experience
  • Experience selling into mid-market or enterprise-level accounts
  • Strong outbound prospecting and hunter mentality
  • Experience selling without a large established brand behind you
  • Construction industry experience strongly preferred
  • An existing network with general contractors is highly preferred
  • Experience selling construction equipment, rentals, or related solutions is highly transferable
  • CRM experience required (HubSpot preferred, Salesforce transferable)
  • Track record managing quotas around $1M annually
  • Passion for the construction industry and solving problems within the space
