Customer Service Representative (Insider) As a Toppers Insider, you have the opportunity to work in a fun atmosphere along with a great team of people who will probably become great friends outside of work.

At Toppers, we have fun by listening to music all day and night. With our flexible work schedule, you choose your hours of work for when you're naturally most full of energy and fits with your personal needs- we're open seven days a week with operating hours typically between 10:00 am until 4:00 am.
You're the face of Toppers in your role as a delivery driver. You bring it with passion by coming to work ready to make things happen. To be successful in your position, you need to interact with your customers and people in the community when you're on the road positively. You're noticeably friendly & project positive energy by smiling, in person, and on the phone. You give each customer personal attention by anticipating customer needs and reacting when noticing any dissatisfaction.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Both positions you will need to be able to have reliable transportation to Winona.

Customer Service Representative (Insider) requirements
You will get to:
• Prepare our delicious food for our Toppers fanatics
• Take orders in person and over the phone
• Prep for the day and night by making dough and pizza sauce and cutting our fresh veggie toppings (which are all important pieces as to why we deliver on our promise of serving only high-quality food)
• Stock ingredients in the various work stations including the walk-in cooler
• Clean equipment and the store

Being a Driver for Toppers is perfect for you if you:
• love pizza
• are 18 years or older
• have held a valid driver's license for two years
• have a vehicle that can pass our vehicle inspection and is insured with the required liability insurance
• Acceptable driving record

Some Responsibilities Include:
• Food Prep which includes filling sauce bottles, cutting veggies, and restocking toppings
• Answering Phones and taking orders
• Putting away truck orders and rotating product
• Dishes and maintaining store cleanliness
• Assisting insiders with making product
