Description

Location: Lewiston, MN, Remote 1 day/week after 90 days

Shift/Hours: Day Hours

Position Status: Full-Time

The Team: This role is a part of the Human Resource team. The team works with and supports all other departments in the organization including the full network of companies: RiverSide Integrated Solutions (RIS), JMW Enterprises, and CCSI.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Payroll Administration

Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on schedule
Review employee timecards for accuracy and follow up on missed punches or discrepancies
Maintain payroll records
Process payroll changes including new hires, terminations, wage changes, deductions, and benefit adjustments
Generate payroll reports as requested by management
Support year-end payroll activities including W-2 preparation and audits

Human Resources Support

Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees
Maintain employee files and HRIS records
Support benefits administration including enrollments and changes
Assist with leave administration and tracking
Coordinate employee communications and HR documentation
Help ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
Support recruiting efforts including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates

Qualifications

Preferred Experience

Manufacturing or contract manufacturing environment experience
Experience with attendance tracking systems
Familiarity with leave administration and benefits coordination

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting and computer work
Ability to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds
