Join the team at Friendship Village Chesterfield, a senior living community focused on providing exceptional care while supporting our employees with a positive and team-oriented work environment.

We are currently hiring Part-Time Certified Medication Technicians (CMTs) for our Assisted Living and Memory Care community.

Available Shift

Evening Shift: 2:30pm - 11:00pm, Every Other Weekend

Shift Differentials

Evening Shift: $2 on the weekends.

CMT Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately and safely according to physician orders and facility policies
• Provides support with daily living activities as needed
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff
• Maintain accurate medication documentation and records
• Support residents with compassionate, resident-centered care
• Work collaboratively with nurses and healthcare team members

Qualifications

• Active CMT certification in the state of Missouri
• CPR certification
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate approach to resident care
• Long-term care or senior living experience preferred, but not required
