IT Senior Support Engineer (Consultative & Technical)

Overview This fast-growing Managed Services Provider supports small and mid-sized businesses with modern IT support, consulting, network design, and cybersecurity services. Responsibilities The Senior Support Engineer will provide hands-on support across a wide range of client environments, work tickets end-to-end — diagnosing issues, troubleshooting, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring an excellent client experience. Engineers work from a shared queue, receive ongoing coaching, and grow through real-world problem-solving in a collaborative, team-first environment. The role is based in the north Chicago suburbs with onboarding onsite for 1–2 months, then shifting to a hybrid schedule (three days onsite or at client locations, two days remote).
