You'll handle check-ins, appointment scheduling, referrals, and insurance verification with professionalism and empathy, all while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PATIENT ACCESS SPECIALIST

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid Wisconsin driver's license

• Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills

• Ability to adapt and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

WORK SCHEDULE

This position requires around a 20-25 hour work week worked Monday-Friday between the hours of 8-5.
