Job Opportunity The Account Executive is a pivotal member of the account team, guiding day‑to‑day account management and driving agency growth in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment. Responsibilities Guide day‑to‑day account operations and work with clients to meet and exceed expectations. Manage the details of tactical plan implementation for clients. Drive agency growth as an idea‑generating, solutions‑oriented professional. Develop project briefs for new projects that include all required details. Effectively communicate with account staff (Account Coordinator, Traffic Coordinator, Project Manager) to ensure seamless team function. Conduct research and provide accurate information for the creation of deliverables. Provide strong oral and written communication skills and strategic input during client meetings. Work with copywriters/medical writers to develop accurate and detailed copy outlines for client review. Review creative work for accuracy and opportunities to improve deliverables. Build accurate and relevant slides focused on strategy, market access landscape, and meeting overviews. Lead cross‑functional agency teams and demonstrate success in team leadership. Assist in developing deliverable content while learning about the brand's disease state. Participate in scope design, work planning, and team management. Produce accurate and timely client contact reports. Engage clients with the highest level of customer service. Plan and manage certain client meetings without supervision. Continuously learn industry standards and execute independently. Maintain high motivation, work ethic, maturity, personal initiative, and strong attention to detail. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast‑paced agency environment. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field. U.S. work authorization required. Active engagement in advancing market access knowledge base. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to provide strategic input in client meetings. Demonstrated success in leadership of cross‑functional agency teams. Fluency in Microsoft Office applications. High motivation, strong work ethic, maturity, and personal initiative.
