Domestic Logistics Operator
Location: Doral Fl 33172
Pay Rate: $23/hour
We are currently seeking an experienced Domestic Logistics Operator. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented logistics professional with strong operational and customer service skills to join a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate domestic transportation and logistics operations
- Manage traffic coordination, warehouse processes, and shipment tracking
- Work closely with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reporting
- Utilize WMS and logistics platforms such as Cargowise and Magaya
- Ensure compliance with transportation and logistics regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve shipment-related issues promptly
Requirements:
- Experience with WMS systems and logistics software including Cargowise and Magaya
- Strong background in domestic operations, traffic coordination, warehousing, and logistics
- Familiarity with distribution, fulfillment, and 3PL environments
- Knowledge of transportation and logistics regulations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel , Microsoft Office, inventory control, and reporting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Immediate availability strongly preferred
