Internal Logistics Specialist in Miami

Internal Logistics Specialist (Contract – Hybrid) $30.00/hour Hybrid Schedule: 2 days onsite / 3 days remote (flexibility required based on business needs) 1 year contract, and it may become permanent Position Overview Due to increased demand, we are seeking an experienced Internal Logistics Specialist to support import/export operations, warehousing coordination, and supply chain execution. This role requires strong SAP and Excel expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to manage logistics processes in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Import/Export & Operations Management Manage import and export documentation and processes Monitor and follow up on 3PL performance, warehouse processing, and carrier performance Maintain daily communication with suppliers and logistics partners Reporting & Data Management Create, manage, and export reports from SAP Utilize advanced Excel functions, including:

VLOOKUP

Pivot Tables

SUMIFS, COUNTIFS

Advanced Filtering Analyze logistics data and track performance metrics Additional Responsibilities Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards Support audit and documentation accuracy efforts Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 5+ years of relevant supply chain/logistics experience Alternatively, equivalent experience with an associate degree may be considered Required Skills Advanced SAP experience (required) Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (required) Strong understanding of supply chain operations, logistics, and inventory management Knowledge of Incoterms and import/export processes Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines Ability to work independently in a hybrid/remote environment Core Competencies Data analysis & reporting Inventory management & control Supplier relationship management Supply chain execution Quality assurance Strong sense of urgency and ownership Work Environment & Expectations Hybrid role: 2 days onsite / 3 days remote (schedule may vary based on workload) Must be self-motivated, focused, and capable of working remotely effectively Ability to adapt to changing priorities and increased onsite presence when needed Company Global Logistics Expansion | High-Visibility Tech Partnership We’re partnering with a leading global logistics provider as they launch a new U.S. operation.
