Job Details Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities Perform patient evaluations, provide and document therapy services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each individual patient and physician’s orders when applicable.
