Outpatient Gastroenterology Opportunity - Coastal Pensacola, Florida - no nights or weekend call!

Job Description

Our organization, situated in Pensacola, Florida, is on the lookout for a Gastroenterologist to join our vibrant and collaborative physician team! The ideal candidate will be a physician eager to work alongside a group of four doctors and seven advanced practice providers.

Outpatient-focused role - no night or weekend on-call duties

Guaranteed base salary of $650,000 for the first two years; potential earnings exceeding $800,000 (with no cap on productivity)
Quality and Service Bonus of $20,000
42 days of Paid Days Off (PDO) and a $5,000 allowance for Continuing Medical Education (CME)
Signing bonus, fellowship stipend, and student loan repayment options
Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and company-paid short-term disability
Retirement plans available: 403(b) and 457(b)
Malpractice insurance coverage ($1 Million/$3 Million) with tail coverage included
1-2 clinic days and 2-3 procedure days each week
Access to an efficient Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and Endoscopy Center
Support from a dedicated team of Advanced Practice Providers
Robust referral network within the Medical Group, comprising over 70 Primary Care Providers and a strong regional market

Our employed multispecialty physician network is part of a larger healthcare system, featuring over 160 physicians across various specialties, including Primary Care, Urology, ENT, Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Neurosurgery, OB/GYN, Cardiology, and more!
