Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in the West Denver/Lakewood/ Westminster area . As an RBT, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their homes, schools, or community settings, implementing treatment plans created by our supervising BCBA team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to a child in the home, school, or community setting

• Implement treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA

• Collect accurate session data during sessions

• Support communication, social, play, behavior, and daily living skills

• Follow behavior intervention plans and safety protocols

• Communicate professionally with families, BCBAs, and the clinical team

• Complete required documentation accurately and on time

Requirements:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Reliable transportation required

• Ability to travel consistently to the West Denver/Lakewood/Westminster area

• Experience working with children preferred

• ABA experience preferred

• Ability to pass required background checks

• Strong reliability, communication, and professionalism

Pay & Benefits:

• $25-$30/hour, based on experience, availability, location fit, and reliability
