Description
Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in locating products and efficiently processing sales at the register.
Job Responsibilities
Provide high-quality customer service, demonstrating concern and patience in all customer interactions.
Maintain a positive, motivated attitude in the workplace.
Receive payment for customer purchases and accounts.
Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions.
Maintain cash drawer and assume accountability for all cash, checks, and invoices.
Perform inventory counts as needed.
Replenish displays and shelves as needed.
Maintain a clean and professional working environment.
Attend and participate in all Company sponsored training programs as required.
Adhere to all safety protocols and Company policies and procedures.
Other Duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Basic math skills to calculate prices and provide accurate change.
Basic computer navigation skills.
Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks.
Provide regular and predictable attendance.
Demonstrate initiative and reliability with minimal supervision.
Education and Certificates
Prior cashier/retail experience a plus.
Physical Requirements
Physical Work - Medium: exerting up to 25 lbs. of force regularly.
Repetitive motion associated with operating a register and other retail equipment.
Frequent bending, standing for extended periods, and lifting required.
Ability to communicate with customers and team members verbally.
