Associates in Pediatric Therapy
Description We are searching for a dedicated full-time (part-time will work too!) Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team. You'll be part of a fun, supportive, and collaborative team in our state-of-the-art multidisciplinary clinic. We have fully equipped sensory and orthopedic gyms and all the tools you need to provide creative, engaging therapy that is tailored to each child. Most importantly, we want our therapists to enjoy coming to work, feel supported, and have the freedom to do what they do best - make a real difference in the lives of the kids and families we serve. We're committed to helping you grow both personally and professionally while doing meaningful work you can feel good about. Responsibilities • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify each child's unique needs and strengths.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that empower children to achieve their developmental milestones.
• Collaborate with families to create supportive home environments that reinforce therapy goals.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for every child.
• Monitor and document progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to maximize outcomes.
• Educate parents and caregivers on strategies to support their child's growth and development at home and in the community. Qualifications • Licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas
