We are searching for a dedicated Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team. You'll be part of a fun, supportive, and collaborative team in our multidisciplinary clinic. We have fully equipped sensory and orthopedic gyms and all the tools you need to provide creative, engaging therapy that is tailored to each child. We have a homey, less clinical feel in our environment and are looking for therapists who want to work with children and teenagers of all ages and diagnoses.

$80,000 - $90,000 yearly

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that empower children to achieve their fullest potential.
• Collaborate closely with families and caregivers to ensure therapy goals align with each child's unique needs.
• Utilize our state-of-the-art sensory and orthopedic gyms to create engaging and effective therapy sessions.
• Monitor and document progress, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure continuous improvement and success.

• Stay informed on the latest pediatric therapy techniques and integrate them into your practice to enhance outcomes.
• Foster a positive and supportive environment that encourages children to explore, learn, and grow confidently.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with families and caregivers to align therapy goals.

• Strong skills in monitoring and documenting patient progress, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with the latest pediatric therapy techniques and a commitment to ongoing learning.
• Ability to foster a positive, supportive environment that encourages child development.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with children, families, and team members effectively.

Kidtherapy is a multidisciplinary outpatient pediatric clinic that is therapist-owned and managed. We do only clinic-based services and a small amount of teletherapy. KidTherapy's pediatric therapy facility has over 4,000 square feet of fully equipped space. We offer two sensory gyms, an orthopedic gym, and four private treatment rooms.
