Mentor and guide a team of sales professionals to help them refine their skills and achieve their individual production goals. Cultivate deep roots within the Richmond community by building lasting partnerships with local business owners and key stakeholders. Analyze monthly sales data and market trends to adjust our internal strategies and improve our service delivery. Foster an inclusive, supportive office culture where every team member feels empowered to share ideas and contribute to our collective success. Represent the agency at local events, professional associations, and community gatherings to increase our local presence and brand awareness. Requirements Valid Virginia Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses. Five or more years of experience managing insurance sales operations or leading producer teams. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute local business growth strategies. Proficiency in utilizing agency management systems and data analytics for performance tracking. Strong background in local networking and community relationship building. Excellent public speaking and leadership communication skills.
