By using data manipulation tools such as Excel and SQL along with a strong understanding of billing processes, the Rep, Business Ops. are responsible for researching issues that impact on our business and propose solutions which help the bottom line and reduce bad debt. The Rep- Bus. Ops., is expected to assist in streamlining processes using their insight, business, and technical skills. Positions in this function also help maintain and monitor processes to prevent issues, so attention to detail and a thorough approach to quality control are a must.Pay range: $24.00 - $30.00 / hourSalary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
