What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, team members, and vendors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the healthcare retail location, pharmacy areas, parking areas, and perimeter, as assigned.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document events according to site procedures.
• Monitor access points and observe activity for unusual conditions, helping to deter theft, trespassing, and other unauthorized activity.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports and communicate relevant security-related information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
