Project Superintendent

Conduit Search Group

Conduit Search has been retained by a growing Construction Management firm in their search for a careen driven Superintendent to join their team. This is a new position open due to growth.

Company Information:

CM firm with an expertise in multi-family, high-end apartments, hospitality, etc.
Specializations : ground up new construction, renovations, existing refurbishments
Est in 2018 and now one of the fastest growing firms in the tri-state area
Strong team culture: Succeed together and fail together
HQ in Delaware County PA while servicing the tri-state area

Role with the Company:

The Superintendent will direct the day-to-day on-site supervision of subcontractors to drive construction progress to deliver capital projects on-time and on-budget. All the while providing exceptional client service.

Background Profile:

Min of 5-10 years of ground up, renovation, experience within multi-family and hospitality construction
