Responsables Logistique / Team Leaders

As part of the development of our logistics department, we are looking for 2 Logistics Supervisors / Team Leaders to oversee and coordinate daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the supply chain. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate daily logistics activities: procurement, warehousing, transportation, distribution, and export Supervise the flow of goods and ensure adherence to deadlines and service quality Ensure compliance with customs regulations and internal procedures Participate in planning and optimizing logistics costs Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest improvements Manage, train, and support logistics teams Collaborate with Production, Procurement, and Finance teams Identify and resolve operational issues quickly Ensure stock reliability and proper organization of inventories Contribute to continuous process improvement and digitalization of operations Profile Required: Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or equivalent 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial or export environment Knowledge of customs procedures and international trade Ability to manage and motivate a team Proficiency in IT tools and ERP systems (SAP or equivalent) Strong organizational skills, initiative, and sense of responsibility Fluent in French and English (German is a plus) Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently Join our team We are always looking for new, motivated colleagues who can identify with our corporate philosophy and who would like to join us on the road to a successful and solid future. #J-18808-Ljbffr Braun Connectivity Solutions GmbH
