As a Nurse Scheduler (CNA/STNA) , you’ll play a key role in supporting both residents and staff by coordinating schedules while also providing hands-on care when needed.

What You’ll Do
Develop and maintain monthly nursing schedules, including managing call-offs and coverage
Prepare and update daily staffing sheets to ensure proper coverage
Provide resident care according to individualized, approved Care Plans
Assist residents with activities of daily living, personal care, and safety
Practice and follow infection control and safety procedures
Accurately complete required documentation and record-keeping, including vitals
Uphold resident dignity and immediately report any violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights
Support teamwork between nursing staff and leadership to maintain smooth operations
What You Bring
Completed CNA/STNA course and active state certification/license
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and stay organized
Service-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
Positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude
Excellent attendance and reliability
