Human Resources Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION Position Overview Insight Global's client is a leading manufacturer of luxury bathroom and kitchen fixtures and is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join their team in Miami, Florida. This individual will play a key role in developing and executing HR strategies that support business objectives, strengthen employee engagement, and drive organizational success. Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding. Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws and regulations. Manage and optimize HR processes, policies, and procedures. Maintain and oversee the Employee Handbook. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters. Drive employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture. Develop and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and professional development. Analyze HR data and provide meaningful insights to support decision-making. Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organization. Partner with cross-functional teams to execute HR projects and strategic initiatives. Assess organizational training needs and monitor training effectiveness. Promote and maintain a positive work environment. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a managerial capacity. Strong knowledge of HR principles, best practices, and employment laws. Proven experience developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate across all levels of an organization. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement. Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite. Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification required. NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Master's degree preferred. Experience supporting U.S. immigration visa processes. SPHR or other advanced HR certifications. Additional Microsoft Office experience.
