Your role involves assessing damage, determining the required restoration services, and executing cleanup and drying activities. This position requires a strong work ethic, the ability to work in challenging environments, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.Crew Chief Lead Restoration Technician Responsibilities:Ability to communicate with a variety of customersInspect properties for water damage and develop a drying plan which includes the setup of drying equipment, monitoring temperature, relative humidity, and specific humidity.Extract water from flooded structuresRemove damaged materials such as flooring, drywall, and cabinetsComplete any necessary paperwork to record all job notes and utilize proprietary software if requiredWorking with bio-hazardClean and maintain all tools, equipment, and suppliesMaintain a clean assigned vehicleEnsure customer is satisfied and happy with the work performedEligible for development and growth within the companyRestoration Technician Requirements:Preferred 3-5 years in a Crew Chief Lead roleHigh School (or GED) DiplomaExperience in water mitigation is a plus but not requiredIICRC, WRT/ASD and AMRT are a plus but not required (company will provide training)Ability to recognize and solve problems independentlyStrong communication skillsTeam PlayerService-OrientedKeywords: Restoration, water mitigation, clean up
