Assembler (1st shift)

Peoplelink Staffing, in partnership with a prominent company in the Garrett, IN is seeking Assemblers to join their team


Production Operator Job Summary:

• Pay:$17 - $17.50

• All Shifts Available
• Assembling light components including wiring, fixtures and hardware to schematics.
• Perform basic quality checks on finished product.

• Meet production goals.

• Adhere to proper production processes.

• Follow all safety guidelines.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Perform repetitive tasks with precision and attention to detail.

Production Operator Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Previous production experience is preferred.

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

• Lifting, pushing, pulling and carrying materials weighing up to 35Ibs but average 20Ibs.

• Standing, bending and stooping and reach for extended periods of time.

• Must work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines.

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as diagrams and blueprints.

• Must meet physical job requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
